The Whistler Filmed in Colombia with Support from CINA Incentive
The feature film The Whistler was successfully filmed in Colombia, showcasing the country’s diverse landscapes and production capabilities. This achievement was made possible by the CINA incentive granted by the Government of Colombia, created under Law 1556, as well as the ongoing support of the Colombia Film Commission of Proimagenes Colombia.
By utilizing Colombia’s strong film infrastructure and government backed incentives, The Whistler demonstrates the value of international productions choosing the country as a filming location. The project not only benefited from financial advantages but also contributed to local job creation and highlighted Colombia’s growing position as a leading hub for global filmmaking.
