Potsy Ponciroli
(While reading, please think of the words through the smooth resonance of Morgan Freeman’s voice.)
Potsy Ponciroli is a Director, Writer and Producer who received his film degree from the university of Western… backstory, backstory, that was years ago. Fast forward through the years of working his way up in production and about 20 short films that his friends and family think are “great” and “so… creative”.
Since he actually started getting paid to do this thing he loves, Potsy has directed over 70 commercials and music videos for artists such as Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Yelawolf, Cage The Elephant and many more in the rock, rap and country genres. He left the music video business behind for bigger dreams, he forged ahead and started Hideout Pictures with Shannon Houchins.
Under the new company, Potsy CO-CREATED a half-hour scripted comedy Still The King, for Viacom that was given two seasons. He was given the reins as the showrunner for the series starring Billy Ray Cyrus and Joey Lauren Adams. Taken aback by Potsy’s charisma, charm and raw, natural talent, it was no shock that the network allowed him to write and direct the series as well.
Following that success he EP’d the Jay and Silent Bob Reboot film with Kevin Smith and the Festival darling, TED K film starring Sharlto Copley. He also Co-Created and sold a pilot to Comedy Central titled MOVIN’ ON. Then he hit his stride when he wrote and directed the feature film OLD HENRY starring Tim Blake Nelson, which premiered at the Venice Film Festival in 2021 and made the National Board of review top ten movies of the year as well as Obama’s Top films of 2021.
He just finished directing his follow up feature A PROBLEM OF PROVIDENCE, starring Joseph Gordon Levitt, Lily James and Himesh Patel. The film is due out early 2023.

Ed Pryor
The award-nominated director is often called a trend forecaster and has developed a highly coveted client list (Snoop Dogg, Kevin Gates, Dierks Bentley, Mickey Guyton) — while also developing various content for film and television (The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Today Show, Amazon/Twitch). Pryor still marvels at the fact that supporters watch his work at all, being thrice-nominated at the ACM, CMT, and CMA awards in 2021 was validation for this cutting edge director.
As someone who has been cranking out content since his teens, Pryor knows that it’s critical to make every moment. His work has accumulated over 100+ million views on YouTube, with a wide range of projects. “I focus on subtext and strong details to develop empathy for the products and brands I’m collaborating with,” he explains. “That’s been paramount in my process for connecting with audiences and the companies that service them.”

Madalina Zimmerman
Madalina is a filmmaker founded on a passion and deep love for the craft of visual storytelling. Her career started in the commercial world back in 2016. Since then, she’s produced, directed, and written award-winning commercials, short films, and docu-style pieces. Her work has also received international recognition. Today, Madalina’s true passion lies in the narrative world.
Finding herself restless producing commercials and short-form narratives and itching to challenge her craft, Madalina took to producing in the feature film world in 2020.
As both a producer and director, she recognizes that it’s her job to see the written words of script translate into a cinematic visual masterpiece. She also recognizes that as a producer, she can influence what is seen on the big screen. With that, she mindfully picks and chooses the writers, directors, and projects she wishes to support.
