ScreenRant: Sean Bean’s Dark New Western Thriller The Isolate Thief Took Years To Finally Make

Sean Bean’s Western genre debut is here with The Isolate Thief, and he spent years waiting for it to happen.

Helmed by John Suits, Beans co-leads the new film’s cast as Fiddler, a mysterious man who, alongside his group of fellow suspicious characters, ventures to a remote Union Army outpost in the midst of the Civil War, where they meet Ada, the daughter of the outpost’s original caretaker following her parents’ death. When she discovers a hidden stash of gold in the nearby hills, Ada comes to realize her new guests may not be who they say they are.

Alongside Bean, the ensemble Isolate Thief cast includes Interstellar vet Mackenzie Foy as Ada, Memory of a Killer‘s Odeya Rush, Hellboy: The Crooked Man‘s Jack Kesy, Insidious alum Ty Simpkins, 1883‘s Martin Sensmeier and Bad Boys‘ Joe Pantoliano. Set to hit theaters on July 10, the film is garnering largely positive reviews from critics, with praise thus far being directed toward the performances of its cast, and its tense atmosphere.
